Chantilly Cream Pastry Hearts 


These are probably the most simple treat you could make for a tea party or just because. Start by cutting out small heart shapes from puff pastry, bake them for 5 minutes (-ish) and then make your chantilly cream. Use regular double cream, add a few drops of vanilla extract and a tablespoon of caster sugar. Then whip! Then spread on a layer of raspberry jam, then a layer of cream and sandwhich it with another pastry heart. Your done, so easy and delicious!


London Fog

So before you judge it, try it.

- Fill quarter of a cup with boiling water and add an earl grey teabag
- Add four pumps of vanilla syrup
- Fill the rest of the cup with frothy hot milk

It's like a tea-latte and it's goooood! Enjoy!
